last night, Laura, Dan and Ashley came over for a BBQ dinner and relaxed evening here at the house where I am house-sitting. Laura, being my cooking teacher this summer, made a delicious cedar plank salmon fillet. No, really, it was amazing. I love salmon anyway, but when you add garlic, limes and then grill it?! Mmmm. Yes, indeed. My contribution was the grilled asparagus (yum). A side of brown jasmine rice rounded out our course - with cake a la Ashley for dessert.
Indeed - so good.
