whoops

I keep thinking "I need to write a blog!" and then get distracted by other things. So, here I am, writing a blog, albeit a short and sweet one.

Work's going well - 20 hrs/wk is nice and I love the office and people in it.

Finally moved into the house where I'll be for the next 3 weeks (I've lived in 3 places in the last 2.5 weeks). I've been here a few hours and love it. I have a little dog to keep me company and soooo many good books to read!

I witnessed a car accident today and am now awaiting a call from the Los Angeles Sheriff's department. I gave my statement when the sheriff arrived, gave him my contact info, and he let me know we'd talk. No one was hurt, but it was a hit-and-run, so we'll see how it goes (I know this sounds casual, but I did think for a few that I might need to be a nurse and help with more than a statement).

Went line dancing on Saturday, FUN!

Have a 5k this weekend - will update more later to that!

Other than that, not much more going on here. A friend and I are heading to the boys' house tomorrow night to cook dinner for them. It'll be entertaining, no doubt.

Well, gotta get to sleep. I'm enjoying my 8 hrs a night while I can!
